The Tethered Stylus for Safe Use in any Light Aircraft

This quality stylus is attached to a high breaking strain cord which can be extended from the reel to any length up to a very useful maximum of 30" (76cm).    The cord will then stay at the length you have selected (by means of a ratchet in the reel) until you have finished using the stylus.   Then you simply press the central button on the reel and the cord will automatically retract back into the reel.  Just clip it to your belt or a convenient pocket and its immediately available for use with whatever touch-screen sat nav system you use.

This unique stylus is the ideal accessory for light aircraft and gliders.

If you are using a PDA based Sat Nav system then you can usually attach the reel to the PDA's cradle. Shown below are three of the most popular cradles currently used with PDAs. With hollow arms they allow the stylus reel to be simply and securely attached with its clip.

This stylus can be attached securely to any Sat Nav or PDA cradle

I supply two small black cable-ties to permit secure attachment to other mounts that don't have the hollow arms or to attach it to any other convenient protrusion.

What if you would prefer to attach it to a smooth surface though? No problem...... just pull the spring clip out of its socket at the rear of the reel and stick either one of the supplied adhesive-backed Velcro discs to the reel's rear surface. Stick the other Velcro disc to the chosen smooth surface and then just join the two discs together so that the reel is held securely in place where you want it to be.

The stylus can be easily secured to smooth surfaces
