Well now ladies and gentlemen, what have we here?

What we have is an unread, unopened, unsullied, un everything mate, copy of 'Guards!Guards! by Terry Pratchett.

This edition is part of the very limited 'Unseen Library' print run and these are beautiful quarter-bound, leather volumes with full colour Discworld maps in the front and back endpapers.

Just sit back and imagine what James Bond would be reading nonchalantly as some Super-villain hatched his diabolic but rubbish plot, and you have encapsulated something of the quality of these special editions.

This series was released in groups of three and was only sold through book clubs and in very limited numbers. This is the second book of the third set released and like all those in this series, is becoming increasingly rare and collectible. These editions really are a pleasure to handle with crisp white heavyweight pages and quality binding.

This novel centres around Sam Vimes and his colleagues in the Ankh Morpork city watch and is one of my all-time favourite Discworld books.

So! Why not have a bid or two on this one? Don't come crying to me when you thought, 'well, I'll just see if I can find a copy somewhere else first...' and then they all go like hot cakes and are hidden away in the Swiss bank account triple-locked safes of dubious collectors!

The book is unread with clean pages and a straight square spine! It has a silk marker ribbon in place too....wow!

I am not a professional book seller so I haven't described 'pasteboards' and 'near-fine' etc. I'm just a chap with a spare copy who hopes it goes to a good Discworld-loving home.
