Customer Delivery Information

Orders are normally delivered in 5-7 days, but can take up to 28 days, depending on demand.

This product is delivered on pallets, in which case lorries with a tail lift are used and a kerbside delivery only can be guaranteed. We cannot offload onto pebble, gravel, cobble or soft ground. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear of gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.

It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep or gravel driveways or hills.
