All sales are final. I describe my items as good as I can. I provide pictures with my listings, so have a good look at them and ask any question you like. No warrenties are given, no returns, too many srewdrivers around these days who claim to know it all. My items are marked due to scammers who tried to return their own faulty items.

If you are in doubt, don't bid. If you want a warrenty go to a supermarket!

All packages are your responsibility once I dropped them into the post office. I always get proof of posting, details of which will be emailed to you if things get lost (has never happened so far). I then will file a claim for you with the carrier. Whatever compensation I get I will forward to you. I get nothing - you won't get anything either.

My regular customers know very well that on occasion I give a refund if things don't work or turn out not to be right for them. However, return postage will not be refunded. Any promised refunds will only be sent once I received the item in question back in an acceptable condition. Refunds will always be via Paypal

Packages will be packed properly with plenty of padding and bubble wrap which will be reflected in the postage costs.

Packages sent outside the EU will have a customs form attached which identifies the contents as "Amateur Radio - related", not duty should be charged

If you don't agree with the postage I charge, simply don't bid.

Feedback will be left automatically by my software once received from you

If I suspect "item not received I want my paypal money back - fraud", I won't hesitate to prosecute, no matter where you live!
