DELIVERY:

We ship items usually by first class post within 24 hours of payments being received and processed.
For urgent purchases, please be sure to make payment by 3pm for same day dispatch.
We do not dispatch items on a Saturday!   
All items paid for after 3pm Friday will be sent first thing on Monday. 
Unfortunately delivery and dispatch times, although accurate for almost all parcels, cannot be guaranteed,
as there is always the possibility of outside influences beyond our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

All items are visually inspected before packaging and dispatch to minimise disappointment.
In the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty, after being returned and inspected, 
a replacement will be offered if available or a refund of the purchase price.
