Teleplus MC4 Yashica or Contax fit 2x teleconverter

This dates from the early 80s and was well used. It is boxed and in pretty good condition considering its age. I haven't checked for minute scratches or anything but reckon it's in "very good" condition. Is sold in a reasonably tatty (but sound) original box and comes with the original instructions.
