We endeavour to send out the goods on the following day after payment has cleared. However we ask that you allow at least 3 working days for your orders to go through the necessary processes and allow for any courier delays. We also ask that once you receive your item and you are satisfied, that you leave positive feedback to help us with any other transactions.

We will deal with any claims which will be made through the courier if this situation occurs. On claim completion we will issue the customer with a new product or a full refund if this cannot be achieved.

 REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Accessories 4U Ltd only offer refunds to customers under the following circumstances:

·         Non Delivery of any item with postal insurance paid for in addition to normal costs.

·         Faulty or damaged goods once returned for inspection.

All items are new and guaranteed in good working order prior to dispatch, unless otherwise stated .

If you need to return any goods then you the buyer are responsible for the shipping charges. Delivery is a service and therefore non refundable. Any goods which are found to be faulty within the warranty period will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of the company. Any goods found not to be faulty may incur a charge and return shipping charges will have to be paid by the buyer. It is the responsibility of you the buyer to ensure that any items purchased are compatible with your existing system.Any item not received will not be replaced unless additional insurance has been taken out. Proof of dispatch is always available for any disputes.
