Here are 2 books for you.  Both with connections to Oscar Wilde in various ways.

TELENY: A groundbreaking work of GAY EROTICA, love, and obsession, offering a glimpse of how Victorian homosexuals viewed themselves.  Primarily about the love affair between Teleny and Des Grieux, Teleny is also groundbraking in its character of Briancourt, a dandy who threatens to 'out' the narrator.  First published in 1893, it is believed to have been written by Oscar Wilde, with contributions from several others.  Quite a saucy read!!

SINS OF THE CITIES OF THE PLAIN: Written 12 years before Teleny by Saul and a likely ghostwriter.  This account of Victorian cross-dressing and rentboys is a legend all of its own.  The work draws on the author's own experiences (AND WHAT SAUCY EXPERIENCES THEY ARE!!!) in an all-male brothel in Cleveland Street London.  This was a real place that was shut down because of the scandalous things that took place there!

Both books have been read through carefully(!) only once.  They come from a clean house!
