Return Policy |
DIGITAL iSHOP offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: |
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. |
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. |
Please place the RA number given to you by DIGITAL iSHOP, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted. |
Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. |
