INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - International customers welcome! Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or taxes associated with importing into their country. This is assessed by the government of the destination country and collected on delivery and is independent of the final sale price and shipping charge. Due to U.S. regulations and insurance purposes, I can't mark items as gifts, and customs documents include an accurate description of the contents and the total value paid.

WARRANTY - Warranty is as noted in the item description. If no manufacturer's warranty applies, a 30 Day Standard Warranty applies for repair or replacement of merchandise that is defective or damaged during transit, at no cost to the customer.

RETURNS - I accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price (see above for warranty issues). Returned items must be in resalable condition. Refunds given for returns due to buyer's remorse are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value with no restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If an item is significantly not as described, a full refund will be granted.
