The Crystal rug collection is handmade in India with a deep, soft 100% Viscose pile and a cloth backing. The shiny pile offers a shimmering effect that is eye catching to say the least. These rugs also have a gorgeous super silky feel. An eye catching and unique style of shaggy rug.

Before submitting a request for a custom quote please note the following:

We can do custom sizes of any colors and designs.
Please choose the colors and design from the list given below or let us know your colour preference.
Custom rugs are more expensive than standard size rugs.
Delivery on custom size rugs takes approximately 3-5 weeks.
Custom rugs are non-returnable.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

PAYMENT POLICY :

We accept the following methods of payment:- Paypal Cheque / Postal Order Please write to us to know the exact address before sending any cheque or postal order. We require 5 working days for cheque clearance before we can dispatch your order.

RETURN POLICY :

If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will issue a refund less the delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that a rug is delivered damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. If on arrival the packaging is damaged, please ensure that it is marked on the courier’s delivery note, as we are unable to pursue any claims against them if the delivery was marked received in good condition. Once notified of damages or faults we will arrange for our courier to collect your purchase and a replacement or full refund (less courier charges) will be issued once the rug has been received and inspected.
Postage charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

DELIVERY INFO:

Our normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks but in exceptional cases it can take upto 4 weeks. For customized item delivery would take 3-5 weeks.
Extra charges will incur for remote Scottish areas and UK offshores.
