Sizing: We have included the sizes of our items in our listings, should you wish to have more information please drop us a line. Chest measurements are under the armpit.
Colour choices: We have all the colours in all the sizes in stock at the time of listing, should we sell out of a colour/ size you want, we will inform you immediately, normally it takes 24 hours for our supplier to restock us, but sometimes during summer holidays it can take upto a 5 working days, if that should occur we will notify you immediately, offering you a choice of different colours or a refund.
Clothing: Until eBay Make the changes in June/July, we have listed our items in sizes, but once the changes come in we will be changing our listings again! Please note not all the colours are avialable in 3xl.
Product Range: In our eBay shop we sell Awareness Badges, Keyrings, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hooded Sweatshirts, Mugs, Bags, Caps and more, Please feel free to write to us if you would like us to add something different.
Personalised items: On some of our badges and Zip Tags, we require you to send us the phone number you want adding to the item. Please remember to send us your mobile number/s (not home numbers) incase you get seperated when out and about with your child, We can normally add 2 UK and Euro numbers. Because of the longer Area Codes on Aussie and US phone numbers, only 1 number can be added to the front, but an extra number can be added to the back. On information on the back items, we provide you with a sticky back label to write your number on, if your child is anything like my dd and rips the labels off, please use a permanent marker to write on the back. On clothing items which we print on the garment, we can only add one number on the socks, 2 on tees and other shirts.

Payments: We prefer immediate payment ALL buyers can now pay via PayPal or Nochex

(complete your purchase on eBay and then click on the logo and pay for your item) UK buyers also have additional option of paying via Postal orders. Should you wish to pay via electronic bank transfers (UK buyers only) then please contact us and we will eMail you our details.
Changed your mind?: Please let us know within 2 working days we understand mistakes can happen and we are happy to cancel the sale, as long as it doesn't cost us fees. If we have already shipped the item out to you, we will refund your payment when the goods have been returned minus our postal costs (full costs refunded on faulty items).
Unpaid Item Disputes: We hate them! Why earn yourself a UPI strike, cancel the transactions instead, No worries, we all make mistakes. Unfortunately to recover our Listing and Final Valuation Fee Costs we do occassionally have to start these disputes, but if you let us know that you are having a little bit of difficulty we will hold back on starting the disputes for as long as we can.
Printing: To save on energy costs - We now print clothing on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
Shipping: We ship WORLDWIDE. We will try and ship your order within 5 working days of cleared payment. Items ordered on Fridays will be shipped the following Tuesday. We ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday only.
Postage and Packaging: Our Prices now include 1st class post, Overseas buyers please check the shipping costs in our listings after the first item, all other items are half price shipping. If eBay messes up (and it can sometimes!) Please let us know and we will manually refund the extra postage. We are trying to minimise our packaging where we can. Button badges and keyrings will no longer be packaged seperately, but in twos. (Unless you want them seperate, then please let us know) Where we can 2 or more garments will be packaged in the same bag, and all seperate orders will be combined in one parcel. Please re-use the packing where you can or dispose of the packaging safely. Don't expect tissue! All my staff love ripping tissue paper so we stopped wrapping jewellery in tissue paper!
Insurance: It is our responsiblity to get the goods to your address and we take that responsibility seriously and do not charge for insurance. Should your order not arrive within 7 working days for UK and Europe and 14 for the rest of the world, please drop us a line and we claim against the post office for the loss of goods. We have proof of posting for every item we send out. We will only ship to eBay registered addresses.
BUSY TIMES: Please note we have a small workshop with AS staff, and we supply wholesale too, and sell on 4 different forums, and during May to August we get very busy with our US and Euro orders and we might take upto 5 days to ship. Also November,December and January is also very hectic with the Asian and Os market and Christmas , so please make your purchases for your holidays and Christmas period as soon as possible. We operate a rota system of printing, i.e every new order is placed at the bottom of the list and we get around to it in an orderly fashion! (What did you expect? My AS staff's organisational skills are brilliant!)
Returns: Faulty goods must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 working days.
