" Colours for the Dragon " this range is formulated to conform to the EU recommendations for Tattoo Inks using pigments which conform to the EN71 purity for heavy metal content. They are dispersed in a water based vehicle and display extremly bright colours with high tintorial strength. They can be intermixed and are supplied at application vicosity but can be reduced with water ( preferrably distilled as tap water can cause some precipation ). Also see our " Drawing Inks " for the air brushing of semi permanent Tattoo's. Range contain:- Mid Yellow, Orange, Scarlet, Magenta, Violet, Bright Blue, Emerald Green, Dense Black. We can also supply a Line Black . Buyers can select any combination of the colours to make up the 8 selection, just let us know.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Graphics products end users vary widely, we would therefore recommend that all products are fully evaluated under your own production and end use conditions to ensure that they meet your requirements.

Claims can only be met to the value of the goods supplied.

Products are sold under the following arrangements.

Reservation of title.  The property of  the goods or the product to which they have been converted and the right of disposal is retained by Hogarth Inks which is a division of Chancery Manufacturing Ltd. and passes to the buyer only on payment.  We reserve the right to re-possess the goods if the buyer fails to pay within the agreed credit period.  With disputes of accounts of suppliers we retain the right to contra or withhold payment until agreement is reached.

Products are sold under the following arrangements:-

1. Cash or pro-forma.
2. Credit account with agreed terms.
3. Export through previously agreed banking arrangements.
4.  Selllement  through PAYPAL 

CREDIT ACCOUNT.

Goods will be sent on open credit accounts.
Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date (normally despatch date).
If accounts are not settled within the agreed 30 day period a supplementary invoice will be raised for 2.5% of the invoice value for every 30 day period overdue.

To open a credit account we would require the information on the attached sheets.
