Item incorrect - If we send you an incorrect item immediately send the item back to us and we will refund your purchase price and your postage upon verification of the mistake.
Right to cancel
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date you contact Neath Music Ltd or after 7 days of receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 4 working days from date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served on the Neath Music Ltd if sent using one of the methods listed under 'contact information' on this page. The item must be returned to Neath Music Ltd in with all original packaging intact, and within a reasonable time. Return postage and packaging in this instance will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
