USA Shipment Policy

All shipments must be fully insured.

All PayPal transactions valued over $250 will ONLY be shipped to the address provided to us in the PayPal transaction details and must include Signature Confirmation of delivery.

If paying by credit card over the phone, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Due to a few problem users we have adopted the following policy: All bids placed by users with zero feedback will be REMOVED, unless the user has contacted us prior to bidding.

If payment is not sent to us within seven (7) business days, buyer forfeits the sale and we reserve the right to relist the item(s).

Please note that most of our eBay items are simultaneously for sale in our retail store, and we reserve the right to end auctions early and remove items wiithin the rules set by eBay (not less than 12 hours remaining, reserve not met, etc.). Also, although we spend a lot of time maintaining our eBay store, it is not electronically linked to our in-store inventory. Therefore, if an item has recently sold in our physical store and we have not yet removed it from our eBay inventory, and you purchase this item, we reserve the right not to sell you the item. All used equipment not being sold "as-is" carries a 14 day money back guarantee for being as described in the listing. OTHERWISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read all listings carefully. Buyer is required to check out all equipment upon reception and notify us within 14 days of any discrepancies in order to be eligible for a return. The buyer is then required to ship equipment within 7 days of a return authorization from us. Non-compliance with these rules may forefeit eligibility for a return. In addition, all equipment is checked upon return. If we are unable to replicate the issues responsible for the return, buyer forfeits return of payment and item(s) will be shipped back to buyer.
