Selling my Tamron 200-400mm telephoto zoom.  This lens comes complete with the Tamron 2x converter giving a massive 800mm reach on full frame.  For those of you with a crop sensor EF camera this become a 320-640mm lens or 640 to 1280mm zoom with the converter attached.  The lens is pictured with the converter in place.  A massive reach and with a fixed aperture of f5.6 through the range makes it easier to control exposure.

The lens is in good condition and has front and end caps as well as a cokin 77mm UV filter fitted to protect the front element.

Quality of images are good particularly from f11 on my EOS 5D and on my crop sensor 30D images are good from f5.6 up as the crop sensor only uses the centre of the lens.

Only selling as I have invested in a Canon L series lens.

Tripod ring attached and is very useful as to get the best out of this lens it does need to be tripod/monopod mounted.  Ideal for bird/wildlife as well as sports photography.
