Returned Goods
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the Item it may be returned to us (at your cost) within Seven Days for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund the item must be returned in an "As New" condition with all packaging in tact and any seals or sealed packaging unbroken. The item should be able to be returned to stock and sold again as new. The purpose of this returns policy is to enable you to examine the item to determine it is "as described" and is as you have ordered, in the same way you would look at an item in a conventional high street shop before you buy.
It is NOT meant to be a free trial and any signs of use, damage or missing or broken packaging will result in a lesser refund. Please see below for return of faulty goods.
Guarantee Claims
All our items (unless specified otherwise) are Brand New and UK supplied from the authorised UK distributor and are covered by the appropriate Manufacturers Warranty.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty on arrival this will be replaced by us immediately the faulty item is returned to us (at your cost) Items developing a fault later in their warranty period should be returned (at your cost) either to us or to the manufacturers repair agent.
Please contact us immediately a fault develops and we will confirm the repair procedure for that particular item.
