This is a 5 piece Tama Superstar Hyperdrive Drum Kit, including a Matching Tama Superstar Snare Drum and Tama RoadPro hardware pack.

Superstar shells use birch for the main inner plies for strong projection and aggressive open sound. To enhance Superstar's great looks, basswood, with its excellent consistency and regular grain patterns, is utilized for the inner plies on all Superstar shells.  The precisely cut bearing edges bring out the great response and powerful resonance of these superbly crafted shells.

This kit in a Satin Cherry Burst and Black Nickel Hardware combined with the smooth wood grain finish looks great!

Hyperdrive is the 'New standard depth' for tom-toms. It's short depth creates enhanced attack, punchy sound, quick response, and more. It also allows you to set your toms in a lower position, with more placement variations than ever before.
