FAQs

1. Larger quantities - Please message us and we can add an item to eBay for you.

2. Feedback - We hope you are happy with your purchase and will give us positive feedback. Upon receipt of Feedback we will automatically return the compliment. Please note that we do not issue the automated Feedback until received. In the unlikely event that you do have a genuine problem with your purchase, please email us before leaving negative feedback and we will resolve the situation.

3. Expiry dates - Please remember all SIMs have an expiry date. Ours are guaranteed in date.

4. Posting - is done next day on most week days, although sometimes not on Mondays.

5. Orders - Items paid for by 9am normally reach the post that day (except on some busy Mondays). Sorry we do NOT offer a collection facility.

6. Payment - We accept Paypal as means of payment. Please make payment within 3 working days. Non payment within 7 working days may result in the item being relisted and negative feedback being issued. We do accept payment by Postal Order. Please don' forget to allow extra time for it to arrive in the post.

7. Handsets- When inserting these SIMs into a branded phone or locked to another network, the handset may need to be unlocked by a local independent dealer. Prices vary but typically can be £ 5. For some of the older Nokias, these can be unlocked online for FREE. Search Google for 'Free Nokia Unlocking'. Some of the latest Nokias are not readily unlocked.

8. Numbers - You should be aware that at all times the SIM card itself and its phone number remains the property of the Network. You are paying for a service (The Connection Pack).

9. Porting - Customers may request a PAC number to leave to another network.

10. New - All of our packs are sealed and new unless stated.

11. Validity - Unless stated the SIMs will have at least 2 weeks validity left (guaranteed). Most have 9-11 months, however due to the printed info contained within, it is better to make sure they get used soon as possible.

12. Faulty - We've never had any faulty SIMs, but if your customer needs to keep his number, they must contact the network directly. In the unlikely event of a faulty batch, we will of course exchange them. Please note that Orange and CPW SIMs are not active until registered at the network, so they will not find a signal before this.

13. Loaded credit & offers - Please note, all of our products are official products and are delivered with the standard credit and offers.

Each handset IMEI is also recorded and many are traceable. Use for connection to or from Gateways is not genuine business either. 

3. SIM Packs are for use and re-sale in the UK only. They can only be exported by prior consent, or by order acceptance through eBay.

4. SIM Packs are provided at a 'nett' price for the purpose of getting a genuine connection from a genuine end-user.

5. Products that contain a SIM card (for example USB dongles) assume that the SIM will be used with it. In certain circumstances that may not be possible, however please do not discard the SIM, please endeavour to find a user for it, or return it and we will.

Return policy

Please take any faulty packs to your local network store!

New, unused, sealed products can be returned within 14 days.

Faulty items will be exchanged during the first 30 days on return of the item.

Bulk stock is supplied under Trade Supply terms.
