Neighbors said so, I have no clue?

HAS TAGS & TALKS

He needs cleaned. Needs the velcro opened in the back & washed. I would've had to remove the tags to do so. Batteries work but would probably be louder with new ones. If I have them I will put them in but I'm not sure. Got this in trade & Is not something I want. Lol Say's at least 4 phrases, More I think & some are not nice! This is for Adults! he's soft with hard shoes (to support him) and room between his hat & head (A pouch like kinda thing)  if I wanted to hide things unnoticed.
