A rare Evil Emporer talking Zurg, the nemisis and father of Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story.

 

With phrases like

The ha ha ha ha sinister laugh

Laser sounds for the blaster that comes with the figure and more.

 

This is a much loved toy, hence it has a few scuff marks, but given how rare it is, you are unlikely to see one that is much better.

 

As a bonus this comes with a smaller Buzz lightyear figure who is wearing his alternative, deep space outfit. A nice addition to your collection, although we all know Zurg is the star.
