Refunds & Returns	If you feel that the item(s) dispatched are faulty then please contact us within 48hrs from delivery date and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded covering any extra postage costs. If you require an alternative size then let us know within 48hrs of delivery date and we will be happy to exchange the item providing the item is returned to us unused with all the labels intact and that it is returned within 7 days of delivery date. In these cases, because of our minimal margins we would kindly ask you to cover the postage costs. In the instance that we do not have a replacement size them we will be happy to refund the original bid price.
