TWIN WEBER / DELLORTO CARBS ANTI-FROTH MOUNTING KIT

This anti-froth kit secures the carbs to the inlet manifold and is used in conjunction the original type "MISAB" inlet manifold to carb seals (not included - see my shop items). The mounting system is designed to allow some flex for vibration absorption to prevent the fuel in the float chambers frothing / airating as the engine is revved, resulting in a weaker mixture & power loss.
The carb mounting nuts should be tightened to compress the rubbers until a gap of approx 1mm remains between the steel caps - this should give the correct torque to allow an air tight seal on the MISAB manifold seals & enough flex for efficient absorption of the engine vibration.

16 x plated steel caps
8 x m8 plated nyloc nuts
