I am offering individual sizes, to get the perfect fit and a choice of 2 lengths. Ultra Mini (Standard size) or mini if you prefer a little longer. both lengths are short and Look great with hot-pants or leggings for the less daring.

Designed to be worn low waisted this skirt has a wide upper-band for a smooth fitted look (no gathers or lumps) Made from black sheen lycra which stretches a couple of inches. The lower skirt is see-through and made from 8 layers of spiky cut sections of dress netting. The hip-line is finished with satin ribbon and a bow.

The Tutu arrives in a "flat packed" enabling you to create the look you want, the spikes can be fluffed up to produce a full and spiky look (easy instructions enclosed) or if you prefer you can wear it as it arrives, in a cute little kilt shape. I have included extra photo's showing the varying effects you can create. All of these skirts are the same design and the photo's shown are of the standard length.
