For Faulty Items
1. If an item is found to be faulty Santrade Limited must be contacted via Email or Phone with in the first year of the purchase date after that year the return must be arranged with the manufacturer.
2. Once we have been contacted we will issue an RMA of which a Pre Paid envelope will be issued and sent out .
3. RMA envelope should be received within 2-4 working days (5-10 working days for international customers) of the RMA being issued. Once it is received item must be wrapped in the outer envelope and placed in the return envelope ready for sending back along with a note containing Ebay User ID, Item Number, and Request for Refund or Replacement.
4. Once item is ready for return it can be dropped off at any Post Office as this item has been paid for it only needs dropping off no need to que and pay for the return as we have already paid for this returned item when the RMA was issued if there are any issues please get the teller to phone us on 02083730864.
5. Once the item is sent we should receive it within 48hrs (5-10 working says for international customers).
6. Once the item is received it will be fully tested and ether replaced or repaired depending the situation( if an item is sent to us incomplete it will be repaired and sent back no refund can be issued ) all repairs/replacements will take up to 10 working days to complete and get back to the customer. Refunds will be issued within 48hrs of receiving the item.
For Unwanted Items
Unwanted items must be returned in original unused condition to

Return postage and original postage will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of Santrade Limited depending on the product value, condition of item upon return and the length of time passed since original purchase date .
For Wrong Items Received

Failure to follow the Returns Policy will void any RMA issued by Santrade Limited resulting in items being ether bounced back to the customer or the incurrence of extra charges and delays to the RMA procedure.
