The links are between The Boy Scouts & St Johns Ambulance

This cover features a 7p stamp of Wal Handley on the ' Rex Acme ' - Winner of 1925 Junior TT Race and 5.5p stamp featuring Tom Sheard with the Douglas - Winner of 1923 Senior TT

and postmarked at the TT Grandstand Post Office 2nd June 1983

The cover is in absolute mint condition having been protected in a cellophane covering

While 2007 marked the 100th anniversary of the event , this cover commemorating three quarters of a century is a real collectors item
