Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
If the item is found to be faulty, it is the customers responsibility to pay for return carriage and ship the item back to us. 
Carriage costs for all transactions are non refundable.
Replacement carriage cost at the standard rate will also have to be paid prior to re shipping.
Any goods sent back for non faulty reasons will be subject to a re stocking fee of £3.00.
