Finished in immaculate Factory Pimiento red with Black sports seats and wood fascia, this superb vehicle is in incredible condition throughout. Being the most desirable CP series Model (with matching numbers) it is equipped with the 150 BHP Powerplant with overdrive. It sits on original 15" Wheels that have been powder coated for optimum durability still looking absolutely superb today; they have also been fitted with new rubber.

Cherished all of its life this beautiful car was subject to an extensive restoration by triumph specialist in 1982 and still looks fantastic today. Although there are items that need minor attention, this is not a fresh restoration with anything hiding beneath the surface.

During its restoration the interior was fully re-trimmed to its original factory specification with the added bonus of Luxury deep pile Wilton carpets with matching boot lining, unfortunately the passenger seat has some minor damage, which is pictured in the listing.

All Dash instruments work perfect with all dials, lights and switches present and correct including its Map reading light!

Driving this vehicle is a truly thrilling experience, its immense power complemented by its Engine note are unlike any other classic car I have ever driven, the taught handling and stable ride will keep even the most demanding car enthusiast constantly entertained.

As mentioned earlier in the listing the vehicle was subject to a full ground up restoration in 1982 and still to this day looks magnificent! There are some matters that may need attention however that really does depend on how far you would like to go with the vehicle i.e. Classic Car Shows etc, if you want a beautiful usable classic that’s in excellent condition that doesn’t need thousands thrown at it then here it is! However if you would like to show the vehicle then you will need to carry out a few minor jobs i.e. door alignment, partial leak from brake master cylinder, and the engine bay could be dressed better.

After the vehicles restoration it was used for a very short time and then put in to storage until the early 90`s where the couple that owner the car divorced, the car was then passed on to a family member who also stored the vehicle until 2003 when the vehicle was re-MOTed and driven for a couple of summers. Due to the vehicle rare use it is now being offered up for sale with a sensible reserve.
