 Please note that we will have to wait 14 Days from dispatch before non-arrival of an item can be investigated. Larger or more expensive items may need a signature on delivery. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for a returns authorization code before returning your item. Returns will not be dealt with without a code. Goods must be in original packing with all accessories and in original condition. 20% restock charge will apply. Delivery costs will not  be refunded unless the item was sent in error. Delivery price quoted is for UK mainland. This does not include Highlands Ireland and Islands. Please ask for a delivery quote BEFORE you bid. Your bid is binding and any items won must be paid for within 7 days of end of auction. No bids will be cancelled. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay. All warranties are on a return to base basis and all delivery costs must be met by the purchser. Reasonable time must be allowed for items to be inspected / repaired by our supplier. No replacement or refund will be offered untill this process has been completed. In the event of goods damaged in transit items will be collected and inspected by our courier. Refunds or replacements will be provided when claim is settled by our courier. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. No claims for damage will be accepted after this time under any circumstances. Insurance is offered as an option and we recommend this is taken. If you are not at your delivery address to accept delivery our courier will attempt to deliver your purchase on another date. He will leave a card to enable you to arrange a re-delivery. If after several attempts the parcel is not delivered then it will be returned to us. If this occurs then there will be a re-delivery charge made of £22 for delivering the parcel back to us. This delivery charge must be refunded to us by the purchaser. In addition to this there will be a charge for delivering your parcel at the same rate as originaly charged.
