We only accept returns for damaged items when the damage has been caused by our courier and not because you have decided you don't like it. Please check the item carefully before signing the drivers delivery note. If the packaging is severely damaged and you suspect the item is also damaged or you can see that the item is damaged, you must either sign as damaged or refuse delivery. If you do not sign for the item as 'DAMAGED',we cannot accept liability. CHECK YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY AND THEN SIGN FOR IT.
