Process
Most pages are monochrome text and were
scanned at 200 dpi grayscale and reduced to 155 dpi. The front and back
covers were scanned at 200 dpi RGB color.
The scans were assembled as a book in
a publishing program. TThen, the ebook was exported to Acrobat .pdf
file format. Acrobat .pdf files are opened in Acrobat Reader, available without
charge for both PC and MAC platforms at adobe.com. Users can open
picture-viewing and video programs while reading ebooks in Acrobat
Reader. The Reader allows zooming and printing of pages.

Delivery
of the CD is by mail. I am pleased to combine shipping when multiple
ebooks are purchased. If you purchase one product or 10 items, the cost
of shipping is the same. In the case of combined shipping, all ebooks
will be sent on a single disk, ready for viewing.
