Chances are that if you have a trailer then these bearings are inside the hubs. Nearly all trailer bearings nowadays are made in China which is why they are so cheap to replace. These quality Taper Roller Bearings are made to exact tolerances and will last for years proving they are fitted and greased properly. If you have a Jet Ski or boat trailer (and immerse in water when launching) then it is best if you use waterproof grease. This will help lengthen their life.

A PayPal instant payment is our preferred method of payment. Please also be aware you can pay by a credit or debit card through PayPal. 

Please note that if you pay by E-Cheque via PayPal, the payment will take 7-10 working days to clear; we are unable to dispatch your item until these funds have cleared in our account. If you require a quick delivery, please pay by PayPal Instant payment.

Refunds / Returns

If you change your mind you can return the product within 7 working days of receipt (UK), 14 working days (from outside UK) for a full refund providing the product is returned in a resalable condition. This refund DOES NOT include the postage charged at the time of purchase and will also be minus the original eBay listing and selling fees. Please note we cannot refund any postage costs you incur by returning the item either. Before returning the item, please contact us for a return authorisation (email is fine). You should take care to ensure the item is returned undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition. Please ensure that all returns are sent back to us by recorded delivery (insured) as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. If any items are damaged or lost your refund will reflect this.

For courier items, please ensure you check the box and the item upon delivery for any signs of damage and the delivery note is signed accordingly (i.e. if damaged, sign for the delivery as “DAMAGED”), or your claim for a replacement/refund will not be considered. You must inform us by email within 24 hours (UK) or 48 hours (from outside UK) of delivery. The damaged goods should then be returned to us for a replacement/refund (refund will include original carriage charged if courier has damaged or lost goods providing I am informed within stipulated time).

Please note, if you do not inform us of damage caused by transit within the stipulated time we will be unable to provide you with a refund or replacement. Please ensure you are clear on these points above before ordering. 
All items will be shipped in protective packaging. We will dispatch all items within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. We will also send an email the night before delivery (next day) to confirm your item has been sent. Please ensure that someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods as a second delivery attempt is chargeable to you. 

We use PARCELFORCE and DHL for large/bulkier or heavier items. Items are dispatched at around 1pm. (If you require a different delivery service , or extra courier insurance please just email us for a quote) m16smt@aol.com

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, unless of course you have paid for a quicker delivery. Obviously we have no control over delivery times but please see our feedback for information on just how quick we are.
