• Customers from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, British & Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and Southern Island must confirm their area postage charge by Contact Me before buying or bidding for the item.
• All items are checked prior dispatching the order. When your order has left the warehouse you will be notified  by email. Please make sure somebody is available to accept the delivery as signature is required.
• If there is nobody to accept the delivery the driver will either make second attempt next day or leave a note for collection. Please make the arrangements for collection.

100% SATISFACTION: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase if you are not happy please return the item in original packaging at your own expense to SHADES, UNIT 25, PEACOCK CENTRE, WOKING, GU21 6GB within 14 days from the delivered date. Once we receive the item will refund the value of the goods but not the postage.

DAMAGED ITEM:

• All items are checked prior dispatching the order.
• If on delivery your item is damaged please notify us via email within 24 hours of the delivery.
• The item with original packaging needs to be retained so a claim can be made for the damages.
• We will arrange collection of the damaged parcels sent through parcelforce and replacement will be sent.
• Parcel through post office should be sent back to us will reimberse the return postage and replacement will be sent.
