Payment / Sale terms.
All used auto parts are sold as seen unless otherwise stated in the listing details above.
Please ensure you are purchasing the correct part before you commit to buy as I do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in error.
Used panels / bodykits etc are exactly that - they are used and as such will no doubt have marks / chips / light scratches etc consistent with a used panel.
Glass and fragile items are sent entirely at buyers risk as courier insurance will not cover them.
The seller is not liable for any loss or damage in transit on any item - any claim for damage in transit must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and you MUST sign for the package as damaged so a claim can be filled with the carriers.
Refunds will not be given for items damaged / lost in transit until the carrier settles the claim.
If you are unhappy with the sale & payment terms then please do not bid. We go to a lot of effort to describe items as accurately as possible - please read the listing before you bid !
Buyers are more than welcome to collect items in person from our workshop in Ipswich.
Payment - full payment must be received no later than 5 days after auction end and buyer MUST complete the Ebay checkout no later than 24 hours after auction end or item will be re-listed.

2. PAY WITH CREDIT / DEBIT CARD ON OUR SECURE WEBSITE - NO EXTRA CHARGE AND ITEMS USUALLY SENT OUT SAME DAY OR NEXT WORKING DAY. YOU CAN ALSO PAY OVER THE PHONE.
3. PERSONAL CHEQUE - PLEASE ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR CHEQUE TO CLEAR, ITEM SENT OUT WHEN CHEQUE HAS CLEARED.
4. POSTAL ORDER (UNCROSSED) - WORKS SAME AS CASH SO ITEM SENT AS SOON AS PAYMENT RECEIVED
5. POSTAL ORDER (CROSSED) - SAME AS CHEQUE
6. BANK TRANSFER / OVER COUNTER PAYMENT - FREE, QUICK AND EASY (OUR PREFERRED METHOD) - ITEM SENT SAME DAY FUNDS ARRIVE OR NEXT DAY IF PAYMENT ARRIVES AFTER 10AM.
7. PAYPAL - ONLY AVAILABLE IF CONFIRMED DELIVERY ADDRESS ON FILE AND PAYMENTS SENT TO A PAYPAL ACCOUNT NEED TO BE WITHDRAWN TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE WE ARRANGE DELIVERY (ALLOW 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS)
