GLASS - We sell glass for many models, please ask! Unfortunately, we do not know of any courier that will insure against damage or breakages to glass. We only dispatch glass at buyers risk, rest assured we will do our utmost to pack all glass items safely. Therefore, all glass items are sent entirely at buyer’s risk.
OTHER - Warranty covers part(s) only, it does NOT cover labour costs. All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE you sign for them. We can NOT refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order. Where a faulty part has been received, we will exchange or refund with the exception of electrical parts which will only be exchanged. Any parts correctly supplied in good order can not be returned. Buyer is to pay postage or any other associated costs on any parts returned.
