Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, cheques and PayPal. Payment must be received within three (3) days of auction close or buy-it now. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the listing and final value fees.

Delivery: All delivery costs advertised are for UK Mainland addresses, this does not include, Northern or Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Europe, if you live in one of these areas, please contact us for a delivery price before placing your order. To try and prevent internet fraud, we can only ship to the billing address of your credit/debit card. All orders paid by personal cheques will be held for a week (to clear) before we deliver the product to you.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of cleared payments, please remember that if you are paying by cheque to allow 7 working days for the funds to clear. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur higher carriage charges

Returns/Refunds: You have 7 days to notify us that you'd like to return an item for refund. A refund maybe offered (for the item only, no delivery costs) if the item is returned to us un-damaged, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for returning the item. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
