MY PRIVATE COLLECTION
My name is Kim and I am a friend of Keith’s from Keiths-autographs (eBay user name). Keith has a good rating with a 100% feedback so please don't be put off by my low feedback. We were old school mates and we used to collect autographs together mostly at weekends. Most of my collection is from 1965 to 75 and some up until the present day.  Every signed picture has been described in full detail.

As with Keith’s collection, we went to hotels and train stations
when we were young and met most if not all of the top players of that era.

PICTURE INFORMATION
If the items are framed, it will be stated in the listing, otherwise it will be a picture taken from a newspaper, book or a magazine of that date. Nearly all of my items have been in scrap books or pressed folders and stored away for many years.

PICTURE & AUTOGRAPH QUALITY
Please note, most of my items, unless stated, are 40 or more years of age and a rating is given appropriately. Any flaws or marks on the picture are stated in the listing. This gives buyers a more accurate description which will include any marks or imperfections.
 
Many other sellers give a rating that is a misrepresentation of the quality of their items. Some sellers state 90% or rate items at 9 where the quality does reflect it. A rating of 1 to 10 is appropriate, so if I give a rating of 5, this means it is of Average quality. Anything higher is deemed as better quality and a rating of 8 or more is a good quality item.

RATING DESCRIPTIONS

   1     Poor condition - the actual autograph is of value only
   2, 3 & 4   Ok condition - below average picture quality
   5     Average condition - the standard quality given
   6     Above average – maybe only a couple of small imperfections
   7     Good condition
   8     Very good condition
   9     Excellent condition
   10   MINT CONDITION

A mint condition picture is one of perfect condition with no marks, no scratches, no folds and no creases. This will be a flawless example and a desirable piece for anyone’s collection.

POSTAGE
UK - £2.00 for 1 package of UNLIMITED PICTURES
Worldwide - £3.00 for 1 package of UNLIMITED PICTURES

Royal Mail First Class

If bought 1, 5 or 50 pictures, the postage will remain the same.
Which means any additional pictures bought, the postage will still be £2.00 for the UK and £3.00 for Worldwide for that one package.

INSURANCE
A ‘Certificate of Posting’ will be obtained from the post office for insurance purposes. If the value of the item is over £36, please contact me for the appropriate postal rate which will include insurance for UK and Worldwide services. I cannot be responsible for giving a refund if the extra insurance is not paid for and the item is lost in the post.

DAMAGED ITEMS
All pictures will be sent in plastic protective sleeves and covered appropriately to prevent folding and moisture damage during dispatch. If the item is damaged in the post, please send the item back in the original packaging and will I look through my collection for a replacement. I sometimes have a backup picture but if this is not the case, then a similar picture of the same player/players will be given. I will always ask the buyer if this is acceptable. If no replacement can be found then I shall give a full refund.

REFUNDS
I will give a full refund to any buyer who is not happy with their item.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION
Currently no COA is available for my items. Due to me only now starting on ebay, I have never needed any as this has always been a private collection and collected by myself from the individual players. As I am now selling these pictures I am sure I will be asked.

I have 1000’s of autographs and due to the size of the collection, it would be impossible to authenticate them all. Also some items are only worth a £1 each and it would not be worth the time, effort and cost to do this individually.

For my more famous players and expensive items, a COA will be available in the near future. This will obtained by a regulating autograph association in the UK.
