PAYMENT

I will always combine postage on multiple items purchased at the same time or within a day of each other

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:   

OVERSEAS BUYERS – PayPal Only in GBP only. Please wait for my invoice with the overseas postage rates before you pay.

UK BUYERS – Payment from UK by personal cheque or postal order is preferred, but I am also bound to accept PayPal.  Pending Paypal Payments: Items paid for this way cannot be sent until notification of clearance is received from Paypal. Items will be sent to the address on the Invoice, please ensure this is correct.

Items must be paid for within seven days of the auction end to prevent them being offered to the second highest bidder or being relisted. Contact me if there is a problem.

INSURANCE

If you require an alternative postage option, other than what is quoted, please email me.

General note to Overseas Buyers - Airmail IS NOT trackable and can vary in the time to reach the destination, but takes about a week to 10 days, depending on location. International Signed for is Airmail and signing at destination. Surface mail is SLOW (8 weeks or even longer). I use couriers for weights above 2kgs.

I like to dispatch items within 3 days from receiving payment. All my labels are typed and have the 'Senders' name and address on the label - so in the unlikely event of the item going astray, it should come back to me!

DISPATCH

PROMPT PAYPAL OR POSTAL ORDER PAYMENTS – Items are usually dispatched within one to two working days of receipt.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS – Items will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared (this usually takes about five working days ).

SHIPPING

Buyer to pay all postage costs. Postage will be applied at Royal Mail Rates.  Buyer to pay all p&p costs. I wrap in bubble wrap and box the item so usually have a 50p to £1.00 overhead, sometimes less. I have even posted at below cost; I do not charge for my mistake!  Insurance up to a value of £39.00 is included in the standard postage rates. Postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases selling within three days of each other.

PACKING

I take great care with packing but I take no responsibility for loss or breakages within the postal system. Please note therefore: I will not accept responsibility for ANY package the minute it is placed within the Postal System, however, in the unlikely event of a parcel/packet going astray, I will endeavour to refund once I have received compensation from the relevant Postal Service/Carrier - this cannot come into effect until 15 days after original date of posting - that is when the Postal Authorities deem the item missing. Any package is secured with sticky tape and clearly marked FRAGILE.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  If dissatisfied, the item must be returned (email first, please) in its original packaging and by the original postal method within seven days of receipt when a full refund (including the two way postage in the case of an inaccurate description only) will be given by the respective payment method.
