Payment
We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card via PAYPAL ONLY, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheques. Once an auction finishes our system will send an Invoice with detailed payment information to your REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Please make sure the e-mail address you have registered is correct.
Cheques take 4 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on Friday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as Working Days.
Once an item is shipped our warehouse will e-mail you with the delivery details.

Our Postage and Packing Charges

Please note that the postage you are charged isn't simply the cost to post the item, included in this postage charge is the cost of materials used (labels, envelopes. labour etc)

Seller’s Standard Rate
This is the cheapest delivery option offered: Items are packed in padded envelopes and normally posted out second class post.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class Post
Items are packed in padded envelopes and posted out 1st Class post. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days.
With the above delivery options some of our products may arrive crushed, unfortunately we don’t have any control over this.

We do offer the option to upgrade to boxed postage: this is an additional 95P per order.

Please ensure you choose the correct postage and packing options for your order, we will not accept any liability for damaged arrivals if you have not made the correct selection.
Please note: we have received some dissatisfaction with delivery times.
If your order is urgent or you require goods quickly please remember we only dispatch as per your postage and packing selection.
If you only pay for Standard Rate then please do not expect to receive your item within a couple of days. If you want to complain about delivery either complain to Royal Mail or pay for a faster service.

We feel that it is unfair to charge per item, therefore, we base the order on weight, as we feel this is fairer.

Our Dispatch Times
All Goods are normally shipped within 4 WORKING DAYS of cleared payment being received. Quoted Delivery is for UK MAINLAND only. All items are shipped to the address you have provided on E-Bay / PayPal.
Once we have dispatched your Item, we will send an Email notifying you of this and leave feedback.
