Your item once in transit: We cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing or is broken during shipping if you have not opted for an insurance on your parcel. Items are wrapped very carefully and in the case of uninsured parcels a 'certificate of posting' is always obtained - buyers can make a claim against this if the item goes missing. Returns: If we incorrectly send an item, we offer an exchange or refund upon return of the item in original packaging and as sent, for other returns we offer an exchange or refund (less fees incurred and any extra postage costs) when returned in original condition and packaging.
