Product purchased from us may be returned if you are not satisfied, in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy does not apply to certain items like audio cassettes, CD's, DVD's, computer software, cosmetics & skin-care products and so on. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price less 20% cancellation/re-stocking fee. Postage/Packing/Handling costs are non-refundable (if goods have been shipped). The cost of "returns postage" is not refundable (unless we have sent the wrong goods). Written proof of returns (either by post or courier) is required in all instances where goods are returned to us. You must notify us within 7 days of placing your order (for cancellations) or within 7 days of receiving the goods (for return of goods) in writing and/or by email of your intended return within 7 days of receipt of your order. After verifying that the item is in its original condition i.e. unused/unopened, we will refund your purchase price less the original shipping charges; using the same method by which payment was initially made. If you decide to return an item within 14 days of purchase, we will issue you a credit-note for the appropriate amount as per the above criteria in lieu. Your credit may be used for future purchases from Shivams. Regret, we cannot accept goods for return after 14 days. |
