All items are despatched using Parcelforce. They deliver Monday – Friday daytime. Deliveries are normally despatched within 48hrs following payment.  Pls provide tel number to aide delivery.

Paypal is recommended. Payment by e-cheque on Paypal will mean a delay in sending until it has cleared. Postal orders are also accepted. We have a no collections policy with no exceptions to this rule. The courier rate applies to all mainland uk customers apart from all postcodes north of Glasgow/Edinburgh where there is a £7.95 postal surcharge.  Cheques are not accepted as payment.

We are able to ship overseas to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight for a postal surcharge of £7.95. For all other overseas areas please enquire for a quote before buying.  For Saturday deliveries there is a £15 supplement.

If first delivery attempt by parcelforce fails they will automatically try to redelivery next (working) day. If that fails too parcel will go back to depot for up to 2 weeks for you to arrange collection. Redelivery of items is £10 where delivery has failed and item has been retuned to us.

Please supply a delivery address and contact number  where someone will be in to take the order. We try to give an ETA of the likely delivery day but this may vary depending on the courier. Payment required within 5 days at the end of the auction. No collections.
