Listings: Please note that I am a private seller who is clearing out to make room at home. In addition, I am an honest seller who wants my customers to be happy with their purchase from me. Returns: I accept returns only if i have stated the listing incorrectly, however i do not refund postage costs neither mine nor the buyers. i will not accept returns on items of clothing that do not fit, so please check measuremtns before you buy.

Contact: If you will be away on holiday or out of the country when any of my auctions end, please contact me before you bid. I report non-paying bidders to eBay after 5 days of the auction ending and I reserve the right to relist the item or issue a asecond chance offer if contact is not made within 5 days.

Feedback: I always leave feedback for customers once feedback is left for me. I would like to ensure that you are happy with your purchase therefore if you have any problems please contact me immediately so that we can rectify them – nobody likes negative feedback :-(

Feedback Problems: If you have less than 80% positive feedback then please contact me prior to bidding. If you choose to keep your feedback private then please do not bid. If you ignore either of these requests, I will cancel your bid and you will be placed on my blocked bidders list. I want to ensure a smooth and safe transaction hence why I have these terms.

Payment: I accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders, if paying by cheque then item will be sent once payment has cleared. Please ensure that payment is made within 3 days of the auction ending. I do not charge extra for using PayPal. If paying by cheque or postal order please make sure that this reaches me within 3 days of winning item. None-paying Buyers will be subject to a "Non-Payment Dispute" being raised & a "Non-Payment Strike" being placed on their account.

Worldwide Shipping and Payment: I am happy to ship worldwide. However, I only accept PayPal payment for overseas transactions. No other form of payment will be accepted.

Postage and Packaging: I aim to be fair in my P&P prices. I have added a small charge to the P&P for my diesel costs as my local, walking distance, Post Office has closed down! I do ensure that each item is well packed to ensure that your item reaches you undamaged. I hate receiving an item myself which has been damaged due to not being packaged adequately and therefore do not wish any of my buyers to receive any of my items in the same way. I always obtain a proof of postage and in the unlikely case that your item goes missing in the post, I will forward this on to you so you can make a claim yourself.

Please note: A signature will be required for Recorded or Special Delivery items – if you are not available to accept the delivery, Royal Mail usually leave a card allowing you to collect the item for the Local Depot – this also applies to items that are too large for the letter box.

Combined Shipping: If you would like to purchase more than one item from me, I will happily combine postage for you if you win the auction. If you are bidding on other items that do not end at the same time as the item that you have just purchased, just let me know.
