If you do decide to return an item because you feel that there is a major discrepancy between the condition of the item and my description of the same then on receipt of the item I will refund the purchase price only, the postage and packing costs will not be refunded including the cost of postage to return the item to me.  I always obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and this can be provided if necessary to assist in any claim from the Post Office.
