Autotronics Ltd have been leading the technology in the UK and overseas for many years. All our retrofits come with a full 12 months parts and labour warranty backed by our retail shop based in Leicester. 

 

Our shop in Leicester is a retail outlet with a purpose built workshop. So don’t get fooled by other eBay sellers working from home in their bedroom. Or from other parts of the world where there is no guarantee to backup your purchase. We have over 20 years of experience in the car business.

We accept PayPal, Cash on collection, Credit/Debit card and direct bank transfers (please call for bank details). Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay to reclaim our fees. Goods will not be dispatched until payments are cleared.

All orders received by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery in main land UK overseas orders may differ on time. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.  For multiple purchases please pay at the same time to get your free additional items postage.

Returns

We offer 12 month warranty on all new parts from factory defects. If any part is faulty we will repair/replace it according to the manufactures guidelines. A product that has been abused or fitted incorrectly causing failure will not be covered under the warranty. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item or at the first instance of a problem.
You the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs.
