TIVO PVR 40GB with Lifetime Subscription - Faulty - Spares/Repairs

I had previously sold my Tivo PVR 40gb on Ebay but unfortunately when it arrived at the buyers it wouldn't work - it gets stuck on the 'a few seconds' screen which from Googling looks as though its a modem fault which can easily be repaired.

Unfortunately I have no used for the Tivo any more so I am selling as spares/repairs only - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

Will be sent next working day by courier.
