I offer a postage discount on the total postage for multiple purchases. 

I never charge more for postage than the amount quoted at the start of the auction even when it costs me more.

Please note my postage rates are based on the weight of the item and are intended to include a small handling fee. Sometimes the postage alone is more than I have charged as the final weight of the package depends on the box size and other packaging materials available. I do not pack in advance in case of questions from potential buyers.

Items will be packed with care and well protected from damage in transit. I would rather delay sending an item than pack in a hurry with inadequate materials.

I describe items as accurately as possible but am not an expert and would normally only allow returns if I have made a material error in the listing. I always describe any obvious damage or imperfection to the best of my ability. I cannot accept returns simply because an item is not what you hoped it to be if this was not something specified so please read the description carefully and ask questions before bidding if you have any concerns.
