The Santa Barbara Golf & Ocean Club is situated directly on the waterfront and is part of the prestigious Golf del Sur. All apartments are furnished to a high standard, including colour satellite television. On-site amenities include a large pool, a small heated pool, an international restaurant and a pool bar overlooking the ocean. Golf is available on the champion course. ON-SITE AMENITIES 2 bedroom sleeping 6 with double bed, twin beds and double pull-out sofa bed. All have full kitchens with four hobs, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave. All units have telephone, tv, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is daily maid service (except Fridays and Sundays - rubbish is collected on Sundays), linen is changed twice a week. No pets are allowed. This resort is located in a quiet area away from the buzzing night life of Playa de las Americas and is an ideal resort for families with children as there are many organized activities, including evening entertainment.
Maintenance fees: £456.65 (2009) Please note the winning price will include the legal and transfer of ownership cost. However, you will be required to pay the annual maintenance fees or occupancy fees for current year. Subject to where we are listing a fixed time period and the weekly period for the current year has not yet passed, you will need to email if you are seeking to occupy the unit that year, we will usually require 4 weeks notice in which to organize usage. Where we are listing a floating period or points system occupancy will normally commence the following year i.e. 2010. Please email prior submitting your offer.
Please be aware that no travel arrangements may be made whilst the resale purchase is being completed with the resorts agents until such time as notified by the resale company. As a resale company with 12 years experience will ensure transfer of ownership is completed correctly into winning bidder's names. The winning bidder will be required to submit the full names and address they require the purchased timeshare week(s) to be registered in within 24 hours. The purchaser will be assigned a contact within our office who will deal with the completion of the transfer of the ownership into their names. In all instances the winning bidder will be required to sign further transfer of ownership documentation as requested by the specific resort. Winning bidders will be required to pay a 10% deposit by Paypal or credit card at the end at the auction. The balance will then be required by either cheque, bank transfer or Paypal after 14 days.
