We have tried to list as much information regarding the timeshare as possible however please do not hesitate to send your points, questions and queries.  We will be more than happy to help.

Please note the winning price will include the legal and transfer of ownership cost. However, you will be required to pay the annual maintenance fees or occupancy fees for the occupancy year. Subject to where we are listing a fixed time period and the weekly period for the current year has not yet passed, you will need to email if you are seeking to occupy the unit that year, we will usually require 4 weeks notice in which to organize usage. Where we are listing a floating period or points system occupancy will normally commence the following year i.e. 2010. Please email prior submitting your offer.

Please be aware that no travel arrangements may be made whilst the resale purchase is being completed with the resorts agents until such time as notified by the resale company (us).

The winning bidder will be required to submit the full names and address they require the purchased timeshare week(s) to be registered in within 24 hours. The purchaser will be assigned a contact within our office that will deal with the completion of the transfer of the ownership into their names. In all instances the winning bidder will be required to sign further transfer of ownership documentation as requested by the specific resort. Winning bidders will be required to pay a 10% deposit by Paypal or credit card at the end at the auction. The balance will then be required either by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal after 14 days.
