The auction price is for three weeks of timeshare (not per wk!) price is fully inclusive of all legal transfer & admin fees. Los Claveles is an RCI Silver Crown resort of traditional styled villas tiering down into the centrepoint of the complex which is a fabulous pool and sun terrace. Los Claveles is located in Los Cristianos and is just a 5 / 10 minute stroll from the lovely sandy beach and the bustling cafes and restaurants of this old harbour town. At Los Claveles, the Apartments and Villas are furnished to the highest of standards, the kitchen's are equipped down to the very last item, whilst the bathrooms are marble with floor to ceiling tiling. Nothing has been overlooked. From the set dining table to the fluffy towels in the bathrooms, every item in the Los Claveles apartments reflects good taste and luxury. On site you will find a wonderful restaurant and bar as well as a poolside bar. There is a full evening entertainment programme . Other facilities include a childrens pool, courtesy lounge area with internet access, supermarket, tennis and a play /games area.We are offering three high season (Red) weeks each year in a one bedroom sleep 4 poolside apartment. We have a floor plan of the apartment and a site plan of the resort . The apartment has a Friday changeover day and the ownership is in perpetuity - forever. The weeks available are 49,50 & 51 which fall during December each year . First occupancy is for 2009. The annual maintenance/ management fees are just £247 pw owned . The account is fully up to date and the new owner will take first maintenance fee responsibility for 2009 which will be due in October 2009. The legal transfer fee is included within the bid price and we will take care of all of the administration / transfer on your behalf at no additional charge.This timeshare can be exchanged (swapped) with RCI or Dial an Exchange for destinations all over the world at all times of the year . Dial an Exchange is free to join however there will be an enrolment fee payable if you chose to join RCI instead. Perfect as a low cost option for swapping with Dial an Exchange for just £74 in Europe or £89 worldwide!!!
